Thanks for the use of your great condo. It allowed us to relax, do our own cooking and feel very much at home. We loved the location and enjoyed many visits to the beach and pier. We enjoyed exploring the downtown area and the unique shops and restaurants. We took many opportunities to explore the theme parks and bigger shopping centers. We enjoyed being able to have our family in for Christmas and the ability to accommodate them. We probably will be back another year. Sincerely,

It was our best holidays since a long time. Thank you for your wonderful apartment. It is perfect with kids. Our kids had a great time at the beach. We spent our 10 days in San Clemente and we will come back. The only issue is that we live in Madrid, Spain and jet lag is difficult for all of us. The kids had a great time at Lego Land and Sea World. God bless you all.

We loved the place! The location was just perfect and going to dinner every night was a blast. Everybody in the family loved Carbonara's! We went to the beach every day (of course...). On Friday we went to the Del Mar Races and won...nothing. Thank you so, so much for place.

Enjoyed our stay at your place and loved the location from beach and town. Loved the SoCal weather even though it wasn't very sunny this week, it's a nice change from our Northern Cal summers! With two teenage boys it was nice that everyone had their own bed. Thank you.

Thank you for the great place to stay. This is our second time here and everything was as good as we remembered! This time we relaxed at the beach a lot! We also did a lot of shopping. Love the shops on Del Mar. We did spend one day at Disneyland, but the beach was the highlight of the trip. the weather was perfect for laying out and Abby loves building sand castles. We bought too many sand buckets, so we left them for others to enjoy. San Clemente is our favorite beach town. We hope to come back soon! Love, Ernie, Misty, Abby and Shauna

Brunch at Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. Hanging out at the beach. Trips to Dana Point, Laguna, and Manhattan Beach. Breakfast her and there throughout town.Great cappuccino at La Gallette near the beach. Saw Taping of "According to Jim" with Jim Belushi. Toured L.A. and Stars Homes. Dinner at Duke's in Huntington Beach. Search for the Western Whitehouse - don't try - it's in a gated community, within a gated community. For ambiance, can't beat Laguna for an afternoon/evening.
Love San Clemente!

Enjoyed our stay in San Clemente. Apartment was in a good location for Del Mar shops, the beach, and the pier. The Pier 'Happy Hour' was good value for money. We enjoyed watching the surfers. We had busy time with the wedding we were here for, so didn't get to do as much as we'd liked. We've been to San Clemente about 5 times now and this time we found the Carlsbad Outlet Village - excellent shopping trip, Highly Recommended!
The Farmer's Market on Sunday morning reminds us of home and the quality of food was good.
We had a great time. Thank You!

So far so good! For the few days that we've been here it has been AWESOME! The weather is SO nice here! We've gone to the beach two times and the water is freezing, but with this nice warm weather, once your toes are numb, the weather warms you up! The house/apartment is so nice! I really like the BIG screen TV! Plus, this place is so comforting, it's like I'm at home. So, as I said, so far so good! Alena Gleich (age 10)
Guess she summed it up pretty well, we had a good time! Go down to the beach at night and see the iridescent waves from the red tide and then walk on the pier. Don't forget to try "Sunset Hour" from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Fishermans Restaurant and Bar on the pier, a nice place to relax after a day at the beach.

The week went by so quickly & it was great! The place accomodated us well. Amazingly my daughter and two sons were able to come. First time in 2 1/2 years. We discovered some great shopping outlets at Carlsbad, about 15 minutes south on I-5 (Cannon exit), and the Surf Outlet and Riptide stores on El Camino Real. Most of all we enjoyed walking down to the beach, boogie boarding, surfing (son), walking on the pier and checking out the downtown area. A lot of volleyball was played when my son's friends got here. The farmer's market on sunday morning was good and the concert on the beach (Thursday evening) was fun.
It was a nice, relaxing, fun week. Thanks you for a great place to stay.

We had such an awesome time here! Perfect for the five of us friends. The weather was so great. We spent a lot of time at the beach. It was really cool to see the "neon waves" at night due to the red tide. Us girls loved the local shopping and we also ventured out to Fashion Island for an afternoon. The farmer's market and art shows were neat for us to see as well. We appreciate you guys so much for everything. Our week was truely a blast!
Marsha - You were right! La Tiendita was delicious!

We had a great time! The location is perfect. It is nice to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. We got some produce from the "Farmer's Market" on Sunday, just a short walk from here. Having laundry facilities was a definite plus. Friends came down from Venice Beach in LA on Sunday. We went to the beach. We grilled some burgers and hot dogs here. Thank you for your recommendations and pointers on area activities.

We enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful having our own bedrooms from the kids, unlike a hotel. The weather was just perfect. We went to the San Diego Zoo, Wildlife Park and Legoland. These were perfect for our 3-year-olds. Then, of course, we spent a few afternoons down at the beach on the corner. It was a little steep walking back with all the gear and kids, so next time Daddy dropped us all off and then drove the car back to the apt. That also worked well since parking is hard to find down there. There's food and drink at the pier, bathrooms, cold showers, swings and a few tables. Go to the left of the pier, past the lifeguard tower for wading - the rest is for surfing. There's a nice little grassy hill just south of the parking lots for viewing out of the sand.
Thank you for the blow-up beds - they were great. As when the kids fell out, no injury.
There's an area of shoping and dining on Ave. Pico. Take I-5 N and turn right onto Pico, go up a little ways for lots of stores - Walmart, Albertsons, IHOP, Carl's, etc. there's a great mexican place on Camino Real. Go south until you pass under I-5, it's on the left. A less expensive, shorter golf, course we liked is San Juan Hills.
Overall, we had a great time and stay. Will come again.
