| I am really impressed by the apartment cleaniness and decoration. Beds were without noises, Air conditioning was up to the mark. Kitchen was full of necessary grocery. Very convenient location. Wal mart is only 2 miles away. WiFi was working appropriately. Above all, Debie was always there to give us sincere advice. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and I highly recommend this apartment to my friends and family. Thanks Debie! |

Where can we begin? We traveled with our three daughters,two of them single adults and a ten year old plus our labrador and two chichuachuas. We were there for our first family reunion in Tampa. The condo was immaculate!! We found coffee and seasonings in the kitchen for our use. There were dishes even for smaller children. In the main bedroom closet everything one needed to enjoy the pool or beach. Towels for the kitchen and bath in abundance; not just one per person like hotels. In the second bedroom - it was kid heaven, even my 21 year old felt like a kid (she found the kids toys you supplied, in the drawers...LOL). The washer and dryer were a life saver!!! Our pets loved the back yard and the cool tile floors...beautiful; there was a peacefulness about the place. After all our activities our girls couldn't wait to come to the condo and see their pets and just chill out. It was like coming home to everything one needs. My oldest daughter stated that she wanted her new apartment to look just like the condo. And, Debbie, your sweetness and just caring personality was the beginning of all this wonderful experience. You came to meet us and you talked with us and we felt as if we knew you for along time. Knowing that you were so close by incase we needed something was outstanding. Having access to the internet was another asset we appreciated since I was still doing my online class with University of Phoenix and my husband still had to submit his timecards electronically to his job. My girls enjoy being able to also keep contact with their friends. Your price was one dollar more than the hotel we had planned to stay in which would have given us one room for five people. The hotel would not take our pets (you saved us $600 dollars in kennel fee). Thank you for the beautiful Televisions too and for blocking adult movies (You show high respect for the sanctity of family values). We didn't have to worry that our children would bump into the wrong channels. What can we say? We will stay there anytime. We have distributed your business cards - word of mouth is always better. We have never stayed in a place like this - Debbie we wish you an overflow of guests in the coming months and years.

| Just wanted to let you know that because of your and your beautifuk condo, our stay was outstanding. It was nice to be able to bring our 3 dogs with us for the convention and they really emjoyed being able to be with us versus staying at a kennel. It was nice to come home (to your condo) after a long day and see our pets. Your condo is beautifula and has all the luxuries of home. We will definately be staying agin the next time we are in the area. |

My family love your condos. It's our third time staying in one of your lovely condos. We highly recommend it. We love the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly and quiet community. The swimming pool is only few steps away from the villa.

| I've rented condo before in Padre and it was nice but could not hold a candle to this condo...It has all the accommadation of home..much better than a hotel..cheaper too..especially when you figure in eating out...It was beautiful..the whole place was beautifully kept..pool was great..can'say enough..Debbie was especilly nice..LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!! |

| First of all, my english is very poor to describe how much I loved my vacation at this condo. Everything was wonderfull. Debby and Martin are loved, loved people, we consider our friends. The condo is great, a beautiful house. And has everything we need and more. We could cook, watch TV, sleep, hear music, wash clothes, etc, etc. Nothing was broken, old or dirty, everything was very, very clean and well decorated. I've been in Orlando for 5 years, and it was the best condo that I've stayed. For sure we'll come back, and I hope soon. Thank you Debbie. |

| Wow! This place is more comfortable than our home! It's full of amenities, including A/C, wireless internet, a pool on site and kitchenware, towels, sheets, pillows, 2 TVs (1 a flat screen)and even some dvds and kids' toys. Our family of six was very comfortable here. Debbie was wonderful- responded immediately to all our questions, sent us a map of the area, and had coupons for local restaurants and a visitor's guide waiting for us. The condo is only 20 minutes to Disney and easy to get to, very close to restaurants and shops. We hope to return someday soon! |

VERY VERY clean. I nice place for a family with easy care surfaces so you don't have to worry about the kids! Getting to Disney is a breeze and there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

| What a wonderful experience and we will surely return again! Stayed here with my husband, 2 children and my mom. We were all delighted with these accommodations. Crafty stuff for the kids, wonderfully supplied kitchen and not just clean but kept up very well. Short walk to the pool which was also immaculate - gold stars for maint.crew of the complex. | My wife and I took our three kids for ten days and were absolutely delighted with our accomodations. They were totally clean and everything worked perfectly as far as the major appliances and electronics go. The kids were especially thrilled with the fact that the pool was only a 15 second walk and it was kept spotless. I would highly recommend it to anyone and if we make it back to Florida we will definitely stay here!! |

| First it is Pet-Friendly Vacation spot. I travel with my two dogs all the time. It was myself and my mother. We brought the dogs. It is so clean when we walked in. I was also, surprised on how it had plants, and all the little things to make it a home. It had pictures, nick nacks, and other than to decorate with a nice theme. We have never stayed in a house, condo or villa this clean. Also, all things you think you need, you do not because they have it there, washer/dryer, pool, central AC, dishwasher, towels, all kitchen stuff, iron, and many more things than could list. It has a very nice BBQ, TV, VCR/DVD, stero. It was very confortable. Also, Debbie, answered all of my many question before hand and is there to do the same when we where there. Yet, I want to go back, I also want to recommend you staying at 1 of the 3 villas. Thank you for reading and please stay here. You will be very happy. Plus, it is close to all major attractions, shopping and other things to do. We did not want to leave and miss it now that we are home. Thank you. |

| I can't say enough about the condo. It was so clean you could eat off of the floor. My husband was sick for the first four days we were there and he was very comfortable, much more comfortable than he would have been in a hotel room. With a family of six it was much better than a hotel room, two bathrooms, enough beds for everyone to have their own, etc. The furniture was gorgeous, awesome TV's, and I absolutely loved having a washer and dryer at my disposal. I did all of our laundry the night before we left so didn't have a ton of laundry to do when we got home. I have already recommended this condo to friends and will continue to do so. Even with the perks of staying on Disney property, this was MUCH better!!! I HIGHLY recommend it. |

Our vacation was an absolute blast, because we had no worries about our accomodations when we returned in the evening! Top notch all the way! The kids had a great time and loved the place. You, the "snow birds" at the pool, and Alan "the pool guy" are simply good people...and we appreciate everything. We miss it already! | This is the first time we traveled with two of our adult children. Bahamas 2 became our HOME away from home. Rather than being confined to a hotel home we could relax with all the comforts of home. They have spared no expense with the beautiful tile floor, and top of the line kitchen appliances, comfortable and stylish furniture. As other guests have commented, the place is supplied with everything, from masking tape to lawn chairs, to a grill, pool mats, sand toys, etc. etc. etc. Would and HAVE recommended this rental to my friends and family. I look forward to coming back but this time without the KIDS. |

| Your condo is one of the nicest and most accomodating one that my husband and I have stayed in. As previous renters have already stated, it is equipped with everything that one could possibly need, from towels to linen for the bed, to kitchen utensils. It is also located in a very nice area, which is just a short drive from the parks and other major attractions. We think that one of the most wonderful things about staying at your condo is that we were able to bring our dog. On some days we left her at the condo in her kennel, and on other days we took her to the parks with us. My In-Laws were thrilled about your villa, they loved the beautiful furniture, the cleanliness, the room they had to accomdate their family, they enjoyed the swimming pool, the comfort of just being at home with all the emineties of washer. dryer, clean towels, linens, all necessary supplies needed for the kitchen. I mean you guys really went all out with everything that a family needs for a comfortable vacation. I will highly recommend this villa to all my family and friends that will vacation here in Florida.
