| We recently rented TWO of Nancy's condos. The accomadations were better than any hotel. The complex was beautiful and quiet, a great place to relax after a day of theme park fun. All we needed were groceries. We are definetly coming back. Thanks so much for allowing us this opportunity. If you haven't done business with Nancy you're in for a real treat, she's extremly helpful, quick coorespondance, and so very pleasant. |

| We enjoyed a 5 day stay in the 1600 sq. ft. townhome. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the townhome. It truely felt homey and had all the comforts of home. It was a good value, which made it worth the extra drive into the parks each day. We would definately be interested in staying again. |

| stayed in nancy's home the third week in march. we were vacationing at disney and her accommadations were WONDERFUL! just like staying in your own home. i didn't want to spend the week in a hotel with 3 kids, and nancy's condo was just the answer. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer and a tv in 3 places helped occupy the kids at night. i will stay at her condo again when we vacation in florida!!! |

We stayed in one of Nancy's Townhouses from March 25-29, 2009, and found it to be a wonderful home away from home for the four days that we were there. I would highly recommend these accomodations to anyone! It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had all the comforts of home, which was so nice after our long drive down from Arkansas to Florida. My boys LOVED the Disney bedroom. I feel that these accomodations made our Disney World Vacation extra special. Nancy is a wonderful person with whom to work, as well. She was always prompt to answer questions by email, and refunded my security and pet deposits promptly. We hope to be able to make this trip again in the next year or two, and will not hesitate to call Nancy for another stay in the townhouse.

FANTASTIC!! This was our first time at Nancy's townhouse. We have a GREAT time! The kids loved it, the house is clean and has everything you could possibly want/need for your vacation. Nancy is easy to deal with, answering emails promptly. We will definitely stay there again next time we go and visit THE MOUSE:)

| This was my first time extended stay in Florida and so didn't know what to expect in the way of accommodations. I was fortunate to be connect via friends and the internet to Nancy's Davenport condo. I stayed the month of Feb 09 in Nancy's studio apartment. Everything discribed about the studio was right on the money. I was extremely pleased that this was TRULY a non-smoking facility. Nancy's place was neat, clean and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. In fact, I liked her unit so much I I plan to stay 3 months in 2010 and possibly every year that Nancy continues to own this place. People were extremely nice. I made friends easily. Due to Northeast storms on my return trip, I had to extend my stay and Nancy accommodated my needs. If your looking for a cost effective way to visit Florida then Nancy's properties are the way to go--I can't say enough good things. |

Hi Nancy,
This is our second time visiting with you. Last time
it was in your efficiency which was great. This year
we stayed in your 3 bedroom condo. WOW! Just like
home only better (because we were in Florida!)
I couldn’t believe all the stuff you had for us. We
brought some cooking utensils, didn’t need them.
We brought spices, didn’t need them. We brought
soap, didn’t need it. We brought towels, didn’t need
them.
When you stay at a resort, you need just about
everything. But NO not here, seems that your
guests become part of the family! Everyone seems
to treat your condo as if it was their own. You use a
little and leave a little. It would be great if every
place we stayed at would be so nice as yours!
We just hope your future guests will continue the
tradition and not ruin it for everyone else, like
happens all too often in this world. Keep up the
good work, because it is appreciated and we as
your guests (family) recognize it! Hope to see you
next year.

| After arriving at our rental unit, we found several things wrong, BUT Nancy immediately arranged for us to move into her own personal unit located within the same complex. It was immaculate and EVERYTHING worked perfectly. This was our 2nd trip to Disneyworld and we would definately rent her unit again without any hesitation. The value is unbeatable! The location was perfect! Wonderful experience! |

YES! In this case, internet was not working and there was something wrong with the water pressure in the reserved unit (problems have since been fixed). Since these issues could not be remedied immediately, I moved Nathan's family to another town house. My guests are #1! Thanks to everyone who left such wonderful comments!

| I must start off saying that I am a repeat customer with Nancy. We stayed in the Condo in 2006 and again in 2008. The Condo is very nice and comfortable and we have enjoyed it each time. It is approx. 5 miles from Disney and 60 miles from the Tampa area just as Nancy stated. We felt very safe in the area and we just had a great time. Nancy refunded the deposit within 2 days of our departure. Nancy is a very genuine person and I would highly recommend renting the Condo for your Vacation. It beats a Hotel anyday of the week. The Condo had 3 Bedrooms, 4 TV's, DVD Players, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, microwave, burners,Full refrigerator, Jacuzzi tub w/shower and was very clean and comfy. I could go on and on but take my word the Condo is the best deal in the Orlando area hands down. |

| This is the second time that we rent from Nancy. The first time, about 2 or three years ago, was a studio which was great and perfect for us at the time. This time there were more people going and I was fortunate enought to find Nancy again on ebay. She recommended a one bedroom and we later decided that we needed a bigger place so she accomodated us with a 3 bdrm townhome which was beautiful. It felt like home. Thank you so much for your kindness and your accomodation which were very affordable to us. The townhouse was great! We had all the comforts of home. We had plenty of room and our girls were glad to have their own rooms. Too bad the pool and basketball courts were not available but just the same, we were close enough to all the attractions where the family was able to do some shopping and take in the sights.

| We spent Christmas week at a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse and could not have been more pleased with it! The place was decorated and even had a Christmas tree up for us! What a treat it was to give each of us our own room and also be able to cook and snack in our own place, which saved mega-money at theme parks. Nancy and Lorre were incredibly gracious and helpful in getting around town. Two unique experiences for us were a trip to The Holy Land Experience and also to Gaylord's ICE! (Winter treat!) They were both wonderful and of course the kids loved all the Disney and Universal parks. They were all within easy driving distance to the townhouse. Don't hesitate to rent from Nancy, she's the best. If you're lucky, you might just get an opening for one of her places! They're awfully popular, and for good reason!! |

What a COLD week! Dispite the weather we did have a great time and really enjoyed coming "home" to a nice warm house! The best thing we ever could do, sharing the house. We appreciate all the communications and the "hostest with the mostest"..addititude. That was the best part of this transaction. I loved dealing with Nancy. I am a seller and buyer on ebay, I thought I was a quick communicator, nope, out done by Nancy, please do not hesitate to deal with her, I guanintee she will make everything painless, this was our first rental at disney, we always stay either at the resorts or hotels nearby, with extra family members joining us, we thought we would try a different route, I was very apprehensive about it, but getting to know Nancy through the transactions eased my mine, I am so glad we went with it, how nice it was to all come home, sit down together for a hot meal and all enjoy a game or a movie together after a long (cold) day, well, let's just say that we will do it again!!!.

Find out over ebay first. We stayed in Nancy's condo in december 2005 and now just returned from a holiday week in her townehouse together with our two grandsons (4 & 5 yrs).
We couldn't believe our eyes when we entered. The condo was great and now this townehouse was even more. The kids loooooved their Mickey & co room ! The kitchen, the bathroom(s), the bedrooms,... Such luxury, everything you need is there... After dwelling a day behind the (grand)kids in the parks it's just great to come 'home' and relax in the spa.
As we traveled a lot in the USA (done 35 states by now, droved like 50.000 miles:) we've been in cheap and expencieve hotels, a lot. Well, nothing compares to this townehouse !
The location is, as said by other guests, perfect. The nearby Publix supermarket has everything you need, even non-sponge-bread for the europeans. :)
The tips Nancy gaved, as for swimming, were tested and find perfect ! :)
An extra this year was seeing the extra security at the gate and seeing the security car riding around through the streets every now and then. It made us feel so very safe!
Thanks again Nancy, for making our summer-holidays, so sunny and bright!

My girlfriend and I had everything we wanted at the studio apartment. Not only was it nicely decorated and comfortable, THE INTERNET WAS AWESOME! It makes a big difference being able to search for activities on the internet since we weren't that familiar with the Orlando area. It's conveniently located. We are both school teachers, so being away from screaming children at night was important to us.
CAN'T BEAT THE VALUE, SO GLAD THE EBAY AUCTION WORKED OUT!

My family and I just returned from our first vacation together. My husband and I have been planning to take our 7-year-old twins to Disney for the past two years but financially it was difficult. I stumbled upon Nancy's Townhouse and could not believe what I read and saw. Three beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, and the spa tub was enlightening to see and rad about. Minutes to The Theme Parks, the idea of not being caught up in a small expensive hotel was enticing. When I told my husband how affortable it was we jumped right on it.
Once our bid went tgrough, the communication with Nancy was delightful. She was quick and efficient with any and all my uestions and concerns. The addition information given to us made our Disney trip that much better. By the end of our journey I felt as if I knew her personally.
All instructions were clear. As we arrived and entered the town house it felt as though we were her first vacationers. The place very clean, warm andwelcoming. Even a welcoming note awaited our arrival.
Nancy really put a lot of thought in terms of suppling games, toys, and yes DVD and kid loving PS2 with gamed.
Have baby, asked what it is that you need not bring as Nancy thought of those details for mom's with little ones.
I told everyone of my friends and family about our A1 experience. I have saved each and every e-mail communicated.
Nancy, thanks again for a lovly stay. You captured and allowed us to utulize the comfort of home.
I must conclude by saying I absolutely loved the master bathroom. I wish I had it for my home. Great decor all around.
I will be in touch fro the next time around. Thanks fro all of your timely responses and for comforting any/all concerns.

Comment Text: Well, the dreaded day is here! Time to go home! :o(
But! I can say the accommodations were wonderful! Double beds allowed
my daughter and me to sleep in separate beds. Change of linens if we
needed them. Nice size fridge. Silverware and dishes to use to cook with.
Microwave and fridge w/small freezer section was nice for storing
leftovers from dinners. The room was an excellent size for just the two of
us... but decent enough if even two more stayed. I'm really impressed
with the studio!
And the location to the park - oh, I can't say enough about the
convenience. Just 2 miles down the road is the access to one of the main roads
in the Disney area. BUT, it isn't a major interstate or anything so the
traffic is just right. It took us 20 minutes to get to the parks. It
felt like it was just a straight shot. Major exits off that main road and
HUGE road markers made it EASY to find our way around. By the 2nd
day...I had my bearings and was able to find my way around.
We might be coming back in December. I will definitely look to staying
here again!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had two small problems, one was fixed the same day and the other, a
discount was given for our next stay!
Our stay here has been wonderful. Nancy is even willing to help out if
problems arise in making your reservations - she will work with you!!!
OH!!! And the refund...she's not lying!!! We drove and the refund made it back before we did!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| We had a nice stay in Orlando. We liked the condo as we did before back last November and we are sure to return next year! In fact we found the 3room condo a little too big for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), ended up using only 2 rooms. Condo is at 15-20 min distance to Disney, and conveniently located not far from supermarket and restaurants. The pool is a definite plus. Thanks again! |

"The best vacation accomidations"
My family had been to Disney World several times before, and always elected to stay in motel rooms. After this trip and Nancy's help, we will always return to the beautiful serenity of the Studio appartment. The community is located so close to all the action, that we felt we were right on Disney property. A short drive on well marked highways lead you right yo your door.The pool, tennis courts, hot tub, volleyball court, and guest services building were all utilized and appreciated! An added bonus was an executive (par 3) golf course a couple of miles away. There summer rates were $15.00 for 18 holes with cart.

All I can say is WOW! We rented the 3 BR townhouse. The property was roomy enough for all that we needed and the washer and dryer was great to have onsite! Love how it is so quiet there but close enough to everything. It made our first trip to Florida a great one to remember. The pool was awesome and loved the Wal-Mart close by. Hotels are more expensive and less roomy! The central A/C was a plus as we had 90-95 degree days.
I was worried about the resort when I found a few "unpleasant" reviews online but these are NOT Nancy's units! Trust her, she's great and will answer all of your questions.
Thanks for a great vacation and we can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Studio! As we opened the door we felt a great surprise, superclean, ultracute, megacomfortable...in one word: wonderful!
The Publix in the corner of the road add a great value, too.
Disney Parks are just nearby and easy to reach, while Universal and Sea Worls are just a little away.
Nancy is simply wonderful! We only regret to not stay more days there! We're are very far from Orlando, but if we get there again we'll be there for sure.
In a 1-10 scale we give it an 11!

| We rented the 3 bdr/ 3Bath and it was absolutely great. It was more than enough room for 8 folks and everything was clean and cozy. I felt it was the next best thing to home, unlike the feeling of a hotel. Disney was about 7 miles away and Universal about 20, all taking just minutes to get to. We had a small issue with the dryer but it was resurrected by Nancy as she was there during our stay. On a scale of 1-10, I rate our stay at the Townhouse a 10. I am never staying in another hotel when going to Orlando. I have Nancy's number programmed in my cell and I hope to call her up next year for another week stay. Also, quiet area, nice pool and our best vacation to Florida in 4 trys. |

It was a true pleasure and, having stayed before inside Disney Resorts, this gave us WAY more room, it was surely a home away from home, and the washer and dryer along with the laundry soap were a welcome surprise! We did all the disney spots and came home in the afternoon to recoup and go back in the evening, it was close and convenient, my mapquest directions got us right from the airport to the condo to the Magic Kingdom no problem, and the Publix store was super close! | Nancy was wonderful in ansewering the questions I had before leaving for my vacation. When I go back to Florida for another vacation I will booking the townhouse with her once again. My family and I enjoyed the large three bedroom townhome, it was very clean and well kept. The pack-n-play and high chair being included was also a great added bonus. We only experineced on small problemn while staying at the townhouse and it was only the fault of mother nature, Nancy's manager saw to the problem right away. I really can't say enough. I know it is a hard thing to plan a vacation and then put the pressure of planning on staying somewhere you haven't stayed before or even know the rentor. But all I can say is take the leap, you won't be dissapointed.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse. There was plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was impeccable. Nancy was wonderful during my desicion time, I sent several emails asking loads of questions and Nancy never was short and answered everyone.
There was plenty of room for 2 families to stay comfortably. The location is wonderful. The grocery store out front is a welcome sight.

| For a family with a budget, this place is an excellent deal. It worked out perfect for our family of 4. If we weren't at Disney, Universal or Sea World, we were relaxing at the pool (or using the weight room). It is close enough to all the sites (it took us 15 minutes to Disney) but on the outskirts where it is quiet and not congested. On the corner there is a grocery store to stock the fridge. I thought that the highlight of my recent trip to the Orlando area was going to be Disney World. As it turns out, it was my stay in Nancy's town home! Along with my two children, I met my parents and brother in Orlando for a weeklong Christmas vacation. Instead of staying in separate hotel rooms, we were able to be together as a family. I am so grateful for the family time that I gained by choosing a townhouse rather than traditional lodging. My parents especially enjoyed being able to visit with their grandchildren more than they would have if we'd merely met up during the day after sleeping in separate rooms. We cooked our own meals, played games, and simply lounged around together as a family... just like when I was growing up. Needless to say, we made some wonderful memories on this vacation.
I am so thankful that I found Nancy's townhouse on eBay. It couldn't have been a better experience. Davenport is a quiet little community just far enough away from the commotion of the theme park strips for a peaceful and private stay. At the same point in time, it takes no more than fifteen minutes to get to the Disney Resort and even less time to drive to many restaurants, shopping areas, and supermarkets.
As for the townhouse itself, I can’t say enough about it. I was the lucky one to get the master suite! After tromping through a park for 10 hours, it sure did feel wonderful to unwind in a jetted bathtub. I had a walk-in closet, huge vanity, and separate shower to enjoy as well. My parents had plenty of space in their bedroom and my teenaged daughter cherished the privacy of her own room.
Downstairs we gathered at the huge dining table for special meals, games, and itinerary planning. The living area’s two comfy couches and chair offered the perfect place for DVD watching and reading together.
It may feel daunting: the thought of booking a stay over the Internet with a private owner. In this case, there is no need to worry. Nancy is honest and trustworthy. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and have all the information you need to use and find the resort. I fell in love with the Orlando area and all of its offerings. I plan to make the area my main vacation destination and will certainly stay in this town home again and again.

We stayed in this lovely cottage like home for a week in early december.The place was like a home away from home. Large comfy rooms,ample storage place,absolutely lovely bathroom, helpful manager, ideal location to attractions,nice restuarants nearby, above all very safe place.
I throughly recommend this place for a great holiday at afforable place.
Thank You Nancy and Mrs. Castro for a brilliant holiday.

| We spent 13 days at Nancy's studio and we loved it. It was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, quiet at night. It's very close to Disney, Sea World, Universal and the rest of the tourist area, but nicely tucked away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic. The mini mall just down the street is very handy with a grocery store and a great pizza place. Wal-Mart and other shopping is just a little further down the highway. Nancy was very helpful with directions and information we needed. Her maintenance staff are very friendly, prompt and professional. We will definitely stay here again and I'm also recommending her to other people I know who are planning to go down there for a holiday. Thanks Nancy! |

We had a nice time at the condo; with 3 bedrooms it was more than spacious for a family of 4. The unit was well appointed and has all the stuff we need (washing machine, iron, kitchen utensils, large fridge). No need to bring towels, has plenty. Children can catch frogs outside at night which is an unexpected added benefit. Close to supermarket, 15 minute ride to parks. The condo also has a good pool. Owner pleasant to deal with, very prompt with instructions. We plan to return!

| We just couldn't be more pleased about our stay at Nancy's condo! Nancy made it easy from day one by quickly answering all questions & sending out all information before it was even requested. She's great & her information & direcions were so helpful. We did not have a single problem during our entire 8-day stay. The condo is located in a great place, out of the congested areas of Orlando & it was SO QUICK going to & from the Disney parks each day & even to Sea World. There is a grocery store & deli right up the road from the condo as well as a Wal-Mart only about three stop lights away, so anything you needed on your trip was only a 5 minute drive away, OUT of heavy traffic, that was really nice. Where the condo is located, south of the parks, you have VERY LITTLE traffic to deal with, so that makes a big difference. We've heard of others who've gone to visit the parks & not stayed in the location we did, being stuck in traffic forever. If you wanted to eat out at a restaurant, there are MANY to choose from between the Disney parks & the condo, but yet the condo is out of the "congested" part of it, so nice & peaceful. Sleep was completely uninterupted each night, it was so quiet! The condo was extremely clean & well cared for, the beds were so comfy. I highly recommend staying in any of Nancy's properties based on our experience. We look forward to going again & working with Nancy in the future. THANK YOU for making our vacation great!! We have already been telling people about your condo & will send anyone we hear who's heading to Florida, to you! |

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Florida. Everything from the resort, to the studio, to the parks we visited were great. We especially found the security personnel at the front gate to the resort very friendly and helpful with any direction or information we needed. Although we didn't spend much time enjoying the amenities that the resort had to offer, there was just not enough time during the week to do everything. I was especially looking forward to using the workout room at the resort after a day of park hopping. But, once we got back to our studio it was again a choice between enjoying a movie on the dvd player that was provided, watching a movie on cable, sitting in the kitchen enjoying dinner, or just relaxing in one of the two comfortable beds in the studio. I was really impressed to find that the studio was stocked with items such as utensils, dishes, a microwave, clean towels daily, a vacuum cleaner, a kitchen table, a fridge/freezer, a dresser to store clothes, full bottles of shampoo/conditioner full bars of soap (not those little soaps a hotel gives you) and many many other household items that a hotel just doesn't provide. The studio was quiet,clean, well kept, and everything was in perfect working order. If you're looking for a five star resort/studio then go stay on site at disney and pay five times the price. We know, we've done it. If you're looking for an inexpensive safe and secure place to relax while on vacation that is conveniently located near all of the attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets I highly recommend this resort. | We had a fantastic time at the resort! It is centrally located, just 5 minutes from Disney's main gate and 20 minutes from Universal. After a day at the parks we relaxed at the sparkling clear pool, checked our e-mail at the clubhouse or watched a DVD at the studio. My husband enjoyed the golfcourse across the street for a reduced rate (because we are staying at the resort) while I shopped the Factory Outlet Mall which is just 10 minutes away. A perfect vacation for 4 times less than we would have paid at a hotel. We could come and go as we pleased and didn't have to go through some crowded Hotel lobby to get to our room. It feels like a home away from home. I can't say enough good things about this deal. We are elated to have found such a gem! We are already planning our next stay with Nancy. She is absolutely wonderful and goes way out of her way to ensure we enjoy our stay! |
