| If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it. Carlos is easy to work with and the home is great! The neighborhood is quiet so the days you want to sleep in are not interrupted except for your own kiddos. Seriously, this place is great. Only draw back is not being able to bring your pup. But hey, that is understandable too. So check it out and enjoy!! By the way the stores are close by in case you need something, and you will. Have fun! |

| What a wonderful place to stay - great location and facilities. Our kids loved the x-box, gamesroom is good for big kids too. Local agency who we dealt with when we had any questions or problems were very friendly and helpful. An extremely comfortable villa - like a home from home but with a pool! |

| We absolutely loved this house. I could not believe how big this house was. So nice to have our private pool we could use any time and more than one tv. A hotel just won't rate ever again. You will not be dissapointed with this house. Thank you for a memorable vacation. |

| Our family vacation started on July 29,2006 and ended on August 12,2006. From the first time that I saw this house on the web site and booked our dates Carlos has been very attentive to any questions and concerns that we had. When we recieved the directions to the villa they were very detailed directions to the villa from the airport. Once we got to the villa and opened the front door thats when my mind was made up that this would be the only place that my family would stay. Every thing was just like the pictures on the web site. Carlos even took the time out to call to make sure that we made it to the house alright. I would recommend this house to anyone that will be taking a vacation to Florida. The kids enjoyed the game room and the kids game room as well as the pool. I would like to say Thank You Carlos and Joy for making our vacation very special for the Norwood family. We will be back again next year for another two weeks. If the dates that we want are open. |

| This home was truly the Orlando Dream Vacation Home. We appreciated the peace & quiet, the cleanliness, the thought that went into each detail. We loved the decor and appreciated the abundance of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, furnishings,etc. The home was even better than described! We hope to return. Super house, super vacation, and Carlos and Joy are super people to deal with. We had a great time and loved the house. The pool was great, the thermal blanket provided us with warm water and we were able to swim late evening afer our visits to the parks. The house was as advertised, and we have stayed in other homes, and this is one of the best. The owners were very friendly while being very professional and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, and plan to visit again.

Thank you for completing our vacation time with a great place to stay at and rest when needed. My family and I enjoyed our stay at your house. Everybody liked the bedrooms' themes and all the little details that made the house more special. We just wished we could have stayed longer.
To us, staying at the house rather than a hotel made our vacation in Orlando a lot more pleasant and relaxing. We look forward to coming back in the future.
