| Have stayed here numerous times, everything is as advertised. Stayed in RM. 1905 on this trip. 4 Stars for this property. Located off the path, but that's good, as most everything you need is within walking distance. By taxi, Airport is 15 - 20mins, as is Mall of Asia (MOA) 5 - 10 mins. Staff is attentive, building is secure, and property is always clean. Have recommended this property to my friends coming to PI. |

| We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2011. We highly recommend this place! Great and friendly staff, the security guards were looking sharp and professional. The room was perfect, except for few maintenance upkeep (bathtub needs replacement or stain removal). The view of manila bay and roxas blvd. is perfect and soothing sight to see. Walking distance to almost everywhere, just be careful late at night! Our stay was great! |

Nice place and good value for the money. There was a problem with the water heater on the second day of our stay and the management was on it right away and had it fixed in no time. A great alternative to the usual hotel stay. Not all the amenities of a hotel but its nice to be able to stay in and cook. Its also nice to have a separate living room to relax in.

"I enjoyed my stay in Baywatch I would stay again anytime. The location was great. Everything you need is in walking distance in any direction. The security was very friendly and helpful. The view of Manila Bay was exceptional. The neighborhood was safe day and night. The only recommendation is to place the safe up off the floor. I would recommend this condo rental to anyone that is planning a trip to Philippines. Normally when I visit Philippines I would stay in Makati. After renting this condo I think I have found a new location for my visit to the Philippines. "

Baywatch Tower is very enjoyable experience the accommodations were clean and modern Our commendations were king-size suite on the 20th floor of the the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly quick to respond to any problems the view of Metro Manila and the Manila Bay was awesome. Our suite was large with a kitchen and refrigerator very clean and in good repair. The bathroom was clean the water pressure was sufficient and the water was very hot.
Amenities:
Furniture was modern and up scale.
32 inch flat screen television.
WI FI was free.
Secure safe to store your valuables.
Provided 5 gallons of purified drinking water in the room.
The reason that I gave it a four star rating a location is because the hotel is slightly difficult to find because it’s not on the main avenue. This could be a plus because it keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of Metro Manila. We prepared most of our meals inside our suite as the kitchen was spacious and modern. Dining around the area is available fast food and I do believe there are some finer restaurants nearby I am not familiar with this area so you have to explore on your own. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay there again for the price is outstanding and the accommodations are comfortable, modern, and clean. overall I give it Very Good rating.
