| We had a lovely week at this very charming apartment. It is fully equiped with everything that you could possibly need. The apartment is very spacious, clean and has a great terrace to enjoy a cold beer while watching the sun disappear. The location is perfect for restaurants, the beach, as well as some retail therapy and the old town. Nicola has been extremely helpful in answering our queries, and added a personal touch to the stay. I would not hesitate in booking again next time I visit Nice. |

This has been one of our best experiences staying
in a holiday let. Nicola has been incredibly helpful
in making sure all was as smooth as could be and
in providing information and assistance. The
apartment itself is in a great location for a wide
range of uses, from using the beach to exploring
the city centre and the old town. The apartment
works; by this I mean it is well equipped, furnished
well and comfortably, is spacious and easily
managed, even with young children; this
straightforwardness allows one to get on with the
important business of being on holiday. |

| We had a great week here, with the apartment located in a quiet street but close to both the sea front and the centre of town. Nothing was too much trouble in terms of arrangements prior to the holiday, and when we arrived, we found that the apartment was just as we hoped it would be. |

| We really enjoyed our stay at Nicola's apartment - loved the charming 30's architecture and terrace and the spacious, clean accommodation. Nice is wonderful and the apartment was only a 15min or so walk to the centre of town, so it was lovely that Nice unfurled as we walked! Would thoroughly recommend the apartment and Nice to all. |

What a wonderful place!
The apartment is clean, spacious and contains everything we could possibly need. It is close to shops, restuarants, public transport etc and just a 10 minute walk
down to the promenade..
Nicola's help and assistance before during and after our stay was exceptional...
If you staying in Nice, stay here!!

We enjoyed our holiday in November 06 very much.Peter and Nicola's appartment was bright, very comfortable, nicely appointed and well situated for promenade and shops.Highly Recomended.

| Reviewing the other comments of vacationers, they are quite accurate. The property is as advertised, there are no surprises. It is a great location and a wonderful neighborhood. We followed Nicola's advise about restaurants and had a most delightful meal at L'Occitane, the Brasserie around the corner. We did have a small mishap while there, the shower leaked into the apartment below, but Nicola and Peter saw to it that it was looked after and repaired as soon as possible. Not speaking the language, this was most important to us that Nicola (and her local agent) communicated with constantly either by phone or email regarding the situation. We are estate agents in the US and were quite impressed with Nicola and Peter's responsiveness, honesty, fairness and the accuracy with which they portrayed their vacation property. Cheers and 5 stars from us! |

We had a very pleasant 1 week stay in Nice towards the end of November, early December. The apartment is clean, spacious and contains everything we could possibly need. It is close to shops, public transport and that most important French amenity... a fantastic patisserie! Highly recommended,

| We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is spacious,well equipped and very comfortable,in a quiet residential area. The apartment is in an excellent location for the beach,trains,buses, shops and restaurants. We did not need a car as it is so easy to use local transport.We were given very informative information prior to our stay. We would certainly recommend the apartment to our family and friends. A very spacious apartment in a quiet
residential area and only a few minutes
walk from the supermarket, bus stops
and beach. It was well equipped, clean
and ideal for a family of four.
