Dear Ann & Fred: We are now back home after spending a wonderful week at your island paradise. We really enjoyed it and The Queen Ann Suite exceeded all our expectations. Your apartment is very cozy and comfortable and we felt very much at home. After having concerns about the tropical weather that was supposed to head over the TCI, the weather turned out to be perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful beach so much that we did almost nothing else but turn into beach-bums. We did drive around the island a bit, and enjoyed the trip down to the Sapodilla and Taylor Bay area. The views of Chalk Sound are astonishing !!!!! We had the pleasure of meeting Ron and Claire and we enjoyed time together at the beach. They were very friendly and gave us a lot of island tips. The new Graceway Gourmet supermarket was close by and convenient. We would eat a brunch in your apartment, and then go out for dinner. We ate at Mango Reef twice. It was our favorite. The food, service, and value were outstanding. We also had drinks and appetizers there a few afternoons. The Mango Daiquiri was the best I've ever had, and the same for the conch fritters. We ate at Coco Bistro one night and also enjoyed it very much. Although a little pricey, it was well worth it. Great ambiance and coconut and palm tree decor. We went to the Tiki Hut on Friday night. The food was also very good and the experience was enhanced by a live band playing some old favorites. One night while driving around we stopped at Pizza-Pizza and ordered a 16" pie. It was outstanding. Overall this was a great vacation. Very relaxing and just a great experience. The staff at the Royal West Indies was very friendly, especially Eddie and Sherman. Your property manager did a great job making sure everything was OK. The only bad thing about this trip was having to leave. Once again, we would like to Thank You for the opportunity to stay at your lovely Queen Ann Suite. We look forward to going back !!!!!! Sincerely, Frank & Asela Leon

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at the Royal West Indies resort, from June 6th through the 13th. The RWI is in a great spot on Grace Bay on a nice stretch of beautiful beach. The grounds and landscaping are well kept and beautiful, with meandering paver walkways through the resort. There are 2 pools, one with a waterfall, and a large spa on the property for times when you don't want to be on the beach or in the ocean. The staff at the RWI was very pleasant and very helpful. Eddie and Russell, down at the beach were there for you to answer questions, set up your chaises and umbrella...or even to take you out on the Hobies...at no charge. The staff at the Mango Reef Restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful.....and the food was delicious as well. We stayed in room 211 (bldg 2) very close to the beach. We rented this 1 bedroom condo through VRBO and could not have been any happier. The owners were very easy to work with, and very helpful to boot. They have also stocked this condo with almost anything you could need on a vacation to Provo. There was everything from a stereo to snorkel gear for your use. The room was a very spacious 1 bedroom suite, well decorated, and clean. In addition to the bedroom, this unit has a nice living room area with a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. There is maid service once a week (Wednesday), which was fine with us. Should you choose to book this room, you won't be disappointed. The RWI is also within walking distance of a good number of restaurants and shopping areas. You can also walk to the Graceway IGA, about a 1/2 mile or so away for anything you might need food wise. This was our first trip to Provo, and it was to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We'll have many happy memories of this trip and the Royal West Indies resort was an ideal spot for our trip. We're pretty sure we'll be returning to Provo and the Royal West Indies resort.

Hi Ann, Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had in TCI. Your accommodations were excellent - a beautiful spot on a beautiful island. The suite was everything your website promised; it very much felt like our home away from home for the week. Everything about the resort was great: beach, staff, restaurant. Even the nightly happy hour music from Club Med next door, was festive accompaniment to our cocktails before dinner on your patio. We hope to someday return, unfortunately - not soon enough! We got back about a week ago from Provo and I’m just getting around now to writing up my trip report. We stayed at RWI in a 1 bedroom ground floor unit rented through VRBO (#64423) and it was a good experience all around. I highly recommend the property and this particular unit. We spent every morning relaxing on the patio looking at the beautiful gardens and the partial water view. We were in building 2, which was a good location, close to the beach, pools and restaurant. We really liked how the gardens were designed so that pathways did not cut directly in front of your room—this meant we had good privacy even though we were on the ground floor. Renting privately was easy—everything happened as it was supposed to and we really liked how the owners had maintained this particular unit. Among the bonuses were candles, an Ipod dock, coolers to use as well as well as water toys, rafts and a beach blanket. We had maid service once during the week and I actually preferred not having them come every day so we could relax in the morning and not worry when someone would be knocking on the door.

Ann & Fred, It was such a wonderful surprise to get to meet both of you on our visit to Provo. We really enjoyed our time together. The Queen Ann Suite was wonderful! Very warm & inviting, great bed & shower. Beautiful views and we had everything we needed right there. Mango Reef was excellant, loved the escargot and yes Ann the Surf & Turf was our favorite also! This is our 2nd time to T&C, we will return again, it is our favorite! And we will be returning to the Queen Ann Suite. It doesn't get any better than this! The T&C Lovers Scott & Joy Ottum

The Royal West Indies grounds are breath taking. Very well manicured, there was always someone around tending to the plants and friendly, too. The pool was clean and very pretty. The beach was absolutely beautiful. You can not beat Provo, Grace Bay Beach. There were always beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and the staff was ready to lend a hand with a smile. The sail boats were in good condition and there were enough life vests for our family of 5. The Queen Ann Suite was clean, well equipped and stocked with toys for the kids, cd music, floats, etc. The maid did a great job and was very friendly. The food was wonderful at the Mango Reef and having it next to the pool was a bonus. One of our favorite restaurants on the island. We hope to come back again, we loved it so much, our children loved it too. A great and blessed family vacation

Hi Ann, Just wanted to express our thanks for a wonderful holiday. We've never experienced a vacation where we felt so at home. I loved having a space for everything, your condo has thoughtful details to ensure that travellers have a touch of home. I don't ever recall having enough hangers, shelves, drawers on any of our prior trips. Your condo at Royal West Indies was lovely, we believe it's situated on the best part of Grace Bay Beach. The water was spectacular - as you well know. We're considering a return trip next spring & hope to request your condo again.

Hi Ann -
It WAS a very memorable trip - mostly due to the fine accomodations you provided us. Everything was just PERFECT. The condo is beautiful and in a great spot. I love that you can see the ocean from the patio. The place could not of been cleaner, nicer, or more well furnished. Everything is kept with such great care and we treated everything there as if it were our own home. In fact, we almost did not even need the 'midweek maid' service, but it was still a nice touch to have the clean sheets and any stray sand up off the floor. We did our 4th trip with Capt Bill/Outback for sunset and glow worms -the first time in 7 that we have been on Provo and I finally got to see the glow worms!!! If we are lucky enough....maybe I will contact you again for a rental next year - again, many thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

| We too thoroughly enjoyed our visit 1/9/2008 - 1/16/2008. Everything was as described. The property Manager, Sandeep, was waiting for us on arrival and we followed him ( grace bay car rentals) directly to the unit. The unit was great and in a great location at RWI.The view on the lanai was just perfect! We also found the staff at RWI to be very friendly We wouldn't hesitate to do this again. Jacquelyn the maid was also very sweet. |

You guys have a great place...we were extremely impressed with RWI and the grounds are simply outstanding! Of course, the beaches are breathtaking and it was nice to have good food in the Caribbean for a change. Of the places we've been in the Caribbean, Provo has to be near the top of the list. Everything exceeded our expectations! We will certainly be back and I've referred several of our friends to your listing. P.S. I appreciated the float.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. From the minute we walked in we knew we were going to have a great two weeks. The place was spotless when we arrived and you really thought of everything…right down to the CD, which we enjoyed listening to during our stay. It has been four years since our last visit to TCI and we really noticed a big difference. Thanks again for making the rental process so easy, and Fred’s call to see if everything was okay during the first week was really thoughtful. We hope that we will be able to rent your condo again!

I recommend staying in the Queen Anne Suite, if you can. Suite 211 is right in front of the ocean. The suite is homey, yet luxurious and has the service of a hotel. Most units have similar decor, but this one has a large sectional sofa so both of you can lie down after a day playing in the sun and surf. There is also a flat screen tv in the bedroom. Suite faces away from restaurant and pool towards the beach, so nice and quiet but still right there. Can sit on patio and watch the sunsets.

From the moment we were in your suite, we felt at home. The resort was excellent. Ron and I have been renting over the internet for four or five years now and I have to tell you, that this was our best experience to date. I took your advice for Hemingway's burgers, Mango's surf and turf and Coco's. Funny, Coco's was disappointing but everyone has a bad night. Atmosphere was gorgeous, but food was bland. I would rate every category with a 4+ out of 4. Above and beyond expectations. And as much as we are laid back, we are both in the service industry in Toronto so we're quite knowledgeable regarding the hotel industry. The maid was a doll! Your suite is in good hands with the property manager that is taking care of it, I must say. And your call midweek to make sure everything was OK was indeed a touch of class. Thanks so much.

I will just give you a quick run down of our visit. We were greeted by a rep from your management company. She was friendly, helpful with info on what to do and where to go and very polite. But back to the survey. I would rate every category with a 4+ out of 4. Above and beyond expectations. And as much as we are laid back, we are both in the service industry in Toronto so we're quite knowledgeable regarding the hotel industry.
The service at the bar would be the only thing that I would give a 3 out of 4 for. They were not too attentive.

As we speak, I am at the beautiful Royal west Indies Resort. The grounds are well kept with gorgeous foliage. The pictures of the Queen Ann Suite, 211, do not do it justice. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The sectional couch is huge and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The location is terrific, only steps to the beach, and you can see the water from the condo. My 21 year old daughter and I are having a wonderful time. Ann and Fred are so easy to deal with and answered my many questions with patience! The cleaning lady is a sweetheart and Turks and Caicos is a beautiful island. Grace Bay Beach is gorgeous, and we will definitely stay in Ann and Fred's condo if we return! -judy fogus

We spent the month of July staying in the Queen Ann Suite just steps from one of the most perfect beaches on earth. We are a family of four and found the suite exceedingly comfortable-even for a month. The tropical landscaping of the Royal West Indies is absolutely beautiful. And the staff was fantastic. We highly recommend the Queen Ann Suite #211.

The resort, accommodations and island were all wonderful. I work at a hotel myself so I notice things that many travelers would miss-this place was great and worth the money spent! We loved having a kitchen that saved us a ton of money by eating in for breakfast, lunch and some dinners. Being on the first floor was perfect for us since our 5 year old kept wanting to go back and forth-in and out. Thank you so much-I have already told, so many people about your place.
