Pat, we skiers and snowboarders came from the mountains to your beautiful beach, only to meet.... a fellow skier!
Thanks for the garden tour (it's beautiful!) Your guest house was perfect for our family of 4. Actually, we could have camped on top of the boathouse, it too was comfy. Thanks for everything, including making the red tide disapear the day we arrived.

Being former residents of Leucadia, we visit our home away from home often. Typically, we stay in various hotels along the Coast Hwy hoping to capture a bit of the feeling we had as "locals". Unfortunately Leucadia has never felt as good as living here, until now!!
Pat's beautiful beach house has allowed us to feel even more love for what will alsways be our favorite town on the coast. It's the first time we've stayed here, but with any luck it won't be the last!
Thank you Pat for helping us recapture the memories of our quiet little oasis we used to call home....

What luck! Our family of three feels so lucky to have found this "cottage" by the sea. The unit is so comfortable and user friendly-- we couldn't be more pleased with our annual getaway to Encinitas/ Pat is a wonderful woman and incredible hostess; I want to be like her when I grow up.
