| This is a fantastic base to see Vegas, Hoover dam, Grand Canyon etc. We stayed with another family during August and had a great time. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay including the lovely pool and spa. I would not hessitate to recommend this property to anyone who wants a place to stay in Las Vegas. Its cheaper than a hotel and a lot more comfortable if more than 2 couples stay. Thanks Frank and Donna. |

| We stayed at the Sky Mountain Home in May 2008 for our daughter's graduation from UNLV. It was the perfect place to have a family open house. We had a GREAT time with the BBQ and the pool. The house was the perfect setting for everyone to be together. The beds were very comfortable. We were met by the house manager and they made sure all of our needs were met. GREAT PLACE!!! WE WOULD STAY AGAIN! |

| My family have just returned from a fantastic trip to Las Vegas. Staying in Franks house was the icing on the cake! It is everything you see on the website and more! I would highly reccommend staying here for a great family holiday. Frank and Ann were both excellent in ensuring our holiday went as smooth as possible, from Ann helping us with grocery shopping to Franks assistance with car rental, thanks a mill it was very much appreciated. If you are considering renting this property, don't hesitate for a minute, go for it, it is a great place to stay. |

This was our first time using VRBO and I think we hit the jackpot. My son lives in Henderson and he was getting married and since we had the whole family coming to the wedding we decided to rent a house instead of multiple hotel rooms. We enjoyed our stay as much as staying at a hotel. We had everything we needed and more. My whole family enjoyed the pool and patio and what a plus to have a few rafts available. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this house competely it lives up to its pictures and description.

We stayed as a family in August and had a fantastic time . The villa and location is superb and ideal for both the Strip and day excursions to Red Rock Canyon , Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam . Nearby facilities are excellant and include several Malls , restaurants and food outlets. Having spent a day visiting The Valley of Fire , we have to say that this is a "must" for anyone visiting the area. The rock formations and scenery are breathtaking !
Excellant vacation and we certainly plan to return to Vegas and the villa . Also must remark that Frank was superb in his assistance in booking and facilitating the rental - Many thanks Frank ! |

Having stayed on the strip in Vegas on short visits a number of times, this time we wanted a relaxing holiday home for two weeks. Franks house was perfect, everything we needed was in the home, very clean and comfortable, the kids loved the pool table, the swimming pool and spa were a great place to relax. The area is quiet but yet only minutes from shopping, good food and the strip was 15 mins away. We would definately use the house again and recommend to friends

| We enjoyed a wonderful, restful family vacation in your beautiful Nevada home. It had enough room for all of us to "do our own thing" and yet enjoy each other's company, as well, with the pool and billards table, etc. We took in the sites (Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Vegas Strip and even drove to the Grand Canyon - 4-hour trip). Our vacation over Easter break at the sky mountain home was fantastic. The beautifully decorated home and lush backyard pool area created a relaxing and uplifting experience. We enjoyed playing pool in the living room with our kids and watching the basketball playoffs in the family room on the big screen t.v. The house was so roomy and gave everyone great space to relax, read or play in the pool. In fact, my bother's family joined as for a few days and we still felt everyone had a great amount of space. I would highly recommend this property for one family or two!

| Our vacation at Frank's house was great! It is well outfitted and stock with everything one needs for a relaxing week. The location was excellent, 20 minutes to the strip, 40 minutes to Red Rock or Lake Mead. Our family greatly enjoyed it, and would stay there again. |

| It was an amazing two days that we spent at this home in Vegas. The heated swimming pool, the hot tub and the pool table were the star attractions and helped to make a winter stay really enjoyable. The home was very clean and well laid out and we wish we had stayed there a bit more. We watched couple movies in the TV (there were many DVDs in the cabinet) and spent a lot of time in the family room. The kitchen was also very convenient. We would go back to this home any day. Reservation and getting into the house was an easy process (Thanks to Frank, Ann & Scot). Thanks a lot, Frank, for the wonderful experience before, during and after the stay. |

| We never made a better vacation decision than to stay at Frank's LV Home. It enabled us to keep our family together under one roof and enjoy the wonderful amenities this home has to offer. Our stay was much more enjoyable, allowing us easy access to the LV Strip whenever we desired it, while allowing us a retreat with a beautiful swimming pool and deck to enjoy, pool table, flat screen tv and a wonderful kitchen area. We would definitely make this same decision should our vacation plans as a family once again take us to Las Vegas. |

We have rented many homes for our holidays over the past 10 years and Frank's beautiful home in Las Vegas is one of the best. Frank and Sharon were both very helpful, making the whole renting process stress free.
The house has plenty of space, is beauitifully furnished and is in an excellent quiet location away from the Strip.
If we return to Las Vegas in future, we will hopefully be able to stay again and would have no hesitation in recommending the house to friends. |

This was, by far, the best accommodation we've ever had in Vegas. How could you beat having your own HOME away from home with a beautiful pool thrown in? The entertainment factor was off the charts-
t.v.'s, stereo, pool table, etc. and being in a safe residential area was very nice.
Sharon was the more helpful than we could have imagined. We will definitely
be back.

The patio along with the wonderful pool and hot tub made it a wonderful place to have a small dinner reception for my son and his new wife. Everyone thououghly enjoyed themselves. The house was so well equiped, we were only in need of the groceries we purchased. A very beautiful home in a nice quiet neighbor hood. The pool and hot tub are a welcome sight at the end of days hiking in the canyons, shopping in the many outlet malls, or walking the Strip. This home is in a quiet community, yet close enough to Vegas. It is a great base for exploring the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, with Arizona, California and Utah only a drive away. We would love to return, and had a wonderful time thanks to the home and the friendly and efficient local property manager Sharon. Highly recommended. |

This "home" was everything the realtor said it would be and more. It is an oasis of calm relaxation in lush surroundings. There is the beauty of the property itself the pictures do no do it justice. There is the serene surrounding area and the beautiful landscaping. This was far more relaxing than a hotel and so much more enjoyable.
Thank you for providing this oasis to rent at a price that did not bankrupt the vacation budget!

I have to tell you that we had the best time ever... Your vacation home was beautiful and comfortable and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids have requested that we stay there every time we go back to Vegas. They enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and jacuzzi, and the pool table was just EXTRA...They signed the guest book at the home and filled it with wonderful comments. We were in Vegas for a trade show, and rented the Sky Mountain Home instead of staying in a hotel. Everyone in our group agreed this was a wonderful decision. We will try to rent this home next year.

The pictures you show online are great but nothing can compare to the real thing. The heated pool and spa really added to our enjoyment.
